Baiee Terms & Conditions — Everything from Your Account to Payments

By using the baiee website or any of its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document carefully before creating an account.

Baiee is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating for members in Bangladesh. To use this platform, you must:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Your account must be registered under your real identity.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• Only valid payment methods may be used.

These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

When creating an account on baiee, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Accounts registered with false or incorrect details may be closed by baiee at any time.

• One Account Policy: Each member may hold only one baiee account. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, the same device, or the same household address is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: After opening an account, identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. A photo of your National ID (NID) or passport is required.
• Account Security: Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Baiee reserves the right to verify member information. As part of this process, additional documents may be requested — such as a mobile banking statement or a selfie.

All financial transactions on baiee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currently accepted payment methods are:

• BKash — minimum ৳100
• Nagad — minimum ৳100
• Rocket — minimum ৳200
• Bank Transfer — minimum ৳500

Baiee does not charge any fees on deposits. However, if your payment provider applies a transaction fee, that cost is borne by the member. baiee also does not deduct any fees on withdrawals, though completed KYC verification is mandatory for every withdrawal request.

If a payment appears fraudulent or originates from a suspicious source, baiee may place the transaction on hold pending investigation. Withdrawals may be delayed during this period.

Baiee regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly communicated before the bonus is issued.

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. This is calculated on the bonus amount, not the deposit.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only usable on specific games or categories. A slots bonus generally cannot be used on table games.
• Fraudulent Bonus Claiming: If bonuses are claimed through multiple accounts, false information, or system manipulation, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

All games and betting markets on baiee are powered by trusted software providers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Sports Betting: All bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time window. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of any related bets will be determined in accordance with baiee's Sports Betting guidelines.
• Technical Issue: If a technical issue occurs mid-game, baiee reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.
• Internet Disconnection: If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on the server and will be available once you reconnect.
• Bet Cancellation: If a system error makes it possible to place a bet at incorrect odds, baiee reserves the right to cancel that bet.

Baiee's maximum payout limit applies to Bangladesh national team matches. This limit may change from time to time and will be displayed at the time of placing a bet.

Baiee believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. That belief is why we place responsible gaming at the very top of our priorities.

• Age Verification: Age is verified at the time of registration on baiee. No one under 18 may open an account, and any such attempt will result in immediate account closure.
• Setting Limits: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits from Account Settings. A limit reduction takes effect immediately.
• Taking a Break: If you feel like you need a break from gaming, you can self-suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Exclusion: For long-term issues, members can permanently close their account with the assistance of the support team.

• Your name, mobile number, and date of birth are collected at the time of registration.
• ID document images are stored for KYC verification purposes.
• Records of all transactions are retained for legal compliance purposes.
• Your information is never sold to third parties, though it may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.

Baiee may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Creating an account under a false identity or using another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Suspicion of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.

If an account is closed, baiee will consider refunding the main wallet balance (excluding bonuses). However, in cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

Members can also close their account themselves by contacting the support team.

Baiee reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or account notification in advance.

If a member continues to use baiee after any changes take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.

On most platforms, Terms & Conditions pages are written in language that's nearly impossible for the average person to follow. baiee took a different approach. This page has been written in plain, accessible language — because baiee believes members should genuinely understand what they're agreeing to.

One thing many members wonder about is the bonus wagering or rollover requirement — but it's actually straightforward. Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 50% bonus of ৳500. A ×15 wagering requirement means you only need to wager 15 times that ৳500 bonus — a total of ৳7,500. Your original ৳1,000 stays in your main wallet at all times and can be withdrawn whenever you like.

Many people feel a little uneasy about KYC or identity verification, but it is actually there to protect you. If someone tries to open an account using your details or attempts to access your account, KYC verification makes that significantly harder. Additionally, baiee is required to complete this verification to meet regulatory requirements for larger withdrawal amounts.

It's important to know what happens in Sports Betting when a match is cancelled or suspended. The general rule is: if a match starts but is interrupted and does not resume within a few hours, the stake is refunded. If a match is cancelled before it begins, the bet is voided and the stake is returned to your wallet.

During live betting, odds can sometimes shift without warning. This is perfectly normal, as odds update in real time to reflect what is happening in the match. If baiee updates the odds before your bet is confirmed, you will be given the option to accept or decline the new odds.

Another common question is what happens if you get disconnected mid-game due to a technical issue. baiee's servers save the state of every game in progress. When you reconnect, you will resume exactly where you left off. If a slot spin had already been completed, the result will be displayed.

Sometimes your wallet may not reflect a deposit right away. This is usually caused by a delay on the payment gateway's end. In such cases, contact support with your transaction ID and it will be resolved within 2–3 hours. No deposit is ever lost — it either reaches your wallet or is returned to you.
